PRIVACY POLICY Katsiaryna Vaitsakhovich

This Privacy Policy governs our data practices in connection with your use of applications and services developed and published by Katsiaryna Vaitsakhovich (the “App” or “Apps”). This Privacy Policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679).

Katsiaryna Vaitsakhovich is an app development studio that creates a wide variety of mobile applications. We deliver Apps to worldwide app stores. Our Apps are created for Apple and Google platforms, operating systems (macOS/iOS/iPadOS/Android), and devices (phone, tablet, watch, etc.). We create Apps that may be available free of charge and function on the basis of an advertising model. For many Apps, we also offer paid or subscription-based versions that do not contain advertising. In general, if you do not want us to use your data to tailor advertisements displayed within an App, you may choose to use a version that does not contain advertising, where available.

By using an App, you consent to our processing of data as described in this Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Use (available at http://wave103.com/Terms-Of-Use/) apply to your use of the Apps.

Katsiaryna Vaitsakhovich participates in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework and complies with its Specifications and Policies. Katsiaryna Vaitsakhovich operates a Consent Management Platform with the identification number 303.

What data do our Apps obtain?

1.1 We collect data about you and the way the Apps are used in various ways.

a. Automatically Collected Data – Apps may collect certain data automatically, such as: the type of device you use, device identifiers (including resettable advertising identifiers), IP address, approximate geographical location, operating system, network and connection data, browser type, and information about how you use the App. If location services are enabled on your device and permitted for an App, the App may collect precise or approximate location data. Location data may also be collected using network triangulation, GPS, or Wi-Fi IP address for analytics and troubleshooting purposes.

b. User-Provided Data – Apps may obtain data you provide when you download or use an App. This may include: (a) registration data such as name, email address, age, username, or password; (b) transaction-related data such as purchases or subscriptions; (c) information you provide when contacting support; and (d) other data you voluntarily enter while using an App.

c. We may also obtain data from other sources and combine it with data collected through the Apps.

Data Sharing and Advertising

2.1 To the extent feasible, we use data in an anonymized, hashed, or obfuscated form. Personally identifiable information is used only to the extent necessary to provide our services.

2.2 We may share data as described in this Privacy Policy, including: (a) when required by law or legal process; (b) when disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, users, or others; (c) with trusted service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; and (d) with advertising and analytics partners as described below.

2.3 We may use and share anonymized or obfuscated data for advertising purposes. We do not share directly identifiable personal data with advertisers. Advertising partners may use device identifiers and interaction data to serve interest-based advertisements within Apps and across third-party platforms. Location data may be used to provide localized content or advertising. You may opt out of interest-based advertising as described in the “Managing Your Data” section.

2.4 We may work with analytics providers to understand usage patterns, such as frequency and duration of App usage.

2.5 If you have enabled precise location access, such data may be shared with advertising partners to tailor advertisements displayed within the App.

2.6 Paid or subscription-based versions of Apps generally do not contain advertising and do not use data for interest-based advertising purposes.

Managing Your Data

3.1 You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the App using standard uninstall procedures available on your device or app marketplace.

3.2 You may disable access to precise location data at any time via your device’s privacy settings.

3.3 Most devices provide advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS). You may reset or limit the use of these identifiers via your device settings, including opting out of cross-app advertising.

3.4 Industry opt-out tools are available from organizations such as the Network Advertising Initiative (https://networkadvertising.org/choices/) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://aboutads.info).

Business Transfers

4.1 Data may be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction. In the event of insolvency or bankruptcy, data may be transferred as a business asset.

Children

5.1 Our Apps are not intended to knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 16. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal data without consent, please contact us at wave103.app@gmail.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete or anonymize such data.

Security

6.1 We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal data. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel. While we strive to protect personal data, no security system can guarantee absolute protection against all breaches.

Data Retention Policy

7.1 User-Provided Data is retained for as long as you use an App and for a reasonable period thereafter. Automatically Collected Data may be retained for up to 12 months and then stored in aggregated form. Requests for data deletion may be sent to wave103.app@gmail.com, subject to technical and legal limitations.

Subscriptions

8.1 Some Apps offer optional subscriptions or in-app purchases for premium features. Subscriptions are managed through the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store) and may auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with store policies.

8.2 Subscription management, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the respective app store provider and subject to their terms and policies.
